We’re back with a quick update — one part fulfillment reminder/update and one part magical new announcement!
By now, nearly every LOST LANDS backer should have received their rewards — or have tracking confirmation on the way. The final items are currently shipping and we’re thrilled to get them into your hands (and to continue hearing how much you're loving it!!).
If you’ve completed your survey and paid for shipping, your rewards are either already delivered or en route. But if you haven’t received tracking information or your pledge yet, chances are one of the required steps is missing:
IMPORTANT NOTE: You’ll get a faster response through email than by commenting on Kickstarter. Comments are great for sharing excitement or updates with other backers, but email is the best way for us to look into your specific pledge and help solve any issues directly.
We've seen a few comments about damaged puzzle boxes and maps — if that's you, we need you to send a photo of the damaged item to us at [email protected]and we'll help you with the process of getting a replacement.
We want every single one of you to receive the magic you backed — so please double-check and help us wrap this campaign on the highest note possible!

We’re so excited to announce something fun, magical, and collectible for all our fellow OZ lovers — our very first premium enamel pin collection is launching later this month!
This new project is all about bringing the world of OZ off the page and into your hands — with beautifully crafted, story-based pins celebrating characters, artifacts, and iconic moments from THE LOST LANDS graphic novel.
We’ve been secretly working on this for months, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
These limited-edition pins are part of a special BackerKit event called Pintopia, where dozens of collectible creators launch projects together. The project goes live in just 2 weeks — but you can follow it now and help us spread the word to all OZ fans and pin collectors!
We’ll be revealing the full lineup over the next few updates, but here’s your first exclusive peek at our Worldbuilding Pins — a celebration of magical details from OZ:
Each pin is crafted with premium enamel, perfect for everyday wear or display — and designed to carry a little magic with you wherever you go.

Hi everyone,
We wanted to check in with a quick status update on ULTIMATE OZ UNIVERSE: THE LOST LANDS fulfillment.
We found out on Friday that our shipment is still working its way through U.S. customs. We have been calling daily, but at the moment, we’re in a bit of a holding pattern. Unfortunately, once a shipment hits customs and is in transit to the fulfillment center, there’s no reliable way for us to track exactly where it is. So it could already be en route to Easyship’s warehouse for all we know.
That said, we’re not ruling out delivery before the holidays, especially for domestic U.S. backers. As soon as the books are handed off to Easyship, we are going to make sure that things move as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, we are in contact with the warehouse and checking in daily. The moment delivery begins, we’ll let you know right away.

We’re officially entering the next phase of the campaign — fulfillment is about to begin! Books are being packaged at our fulfillment center and we’re preparing to ship packages this week.
We’re thrilled to get these into your hands! We’ve put together the below information to help clarify what’s happening, when to expect your rewards, and what to do if you need help.
Some of you received EasyShip Collect confirmation emails that listed a shipping estimate (like "1-3 days"), but that language was bit confusing (unfortunately we didn’t have access to edit the text on those confirmation emails), so to be clear:
We’ve heard from a few international backers that shipping costs through EasyShip were higher than expected. We understand this frustration.
If you're an international backer and believe your shipping charge was unusually high, please reach out to us directly at: [email protected] — we’ll review each situation individually and do our best to help.
Stretch Goal Ultimate OZ Character Print Pack: If you don’t see this listed on your EasyShip order, don’t worry. It is included with your rewards, but we intentionally excluded it from shipping invoices to streamline our backend. You’ll still receive your character prints.
OZ Map Poster: The poster’s large size made it difficult to ship in the same box as your other items without raising prices significantly. So, we made the call to ship the map separately at no extra cost to you.
We know everyone is excited — and we are too. But we want to ask for just a little patience as we move into the fulfillment stage.
We’re a small but passionate team that has worked all year to bring ULTIMATE OZ UNIVERSE to life. Over the Thanksgiving weekend, our inboxes flooded with questions and concerns, and while we’re working to respond to each one, it takes time. We truly appreciate your enthusiasm and support, and we’re doing everything we can to make sure you receive an incredible product within our estimated delivery timeline.
