FREE OZ COMIC: A physical preview comic will be added to your order if you back during the opening days — through Sunday, March 8 at midnight. These are limited-print comics that are usually only available at events, but we know the OZ collectors will want these!

New Deodato Character Designs — REVEAL!!
Now that we've reached 500 campaign prelaunch followers — we're ready to reveal some of the Ozian characters we’ll be traveling with in VOLUME 2! Here's a brand-new batch of character designs by Mike Deodato, giving you your first real look at the faces (and threats) waiting in the Outerlands:
In Into the Outerlands, Dorothy is washed ashore on the wild coast of Outer Oz and swept into danger once more. With new companions at her side, she must confront Princess Langwidere, the cruel ruler of Castle Ev, before yet another corner of Oz is lost to darkness.
Meanwhile, in the Emerald City, Princess Ozma struggles to master her newly awakened magic when Glinda the Good sends her on a perilous mission across the Deadly Desert toward Fire Island. Joined by Scarecrow, Lion, and Tin Woodman, Ozma faces a rising threat tied to the Nome King’s legacy, and must uncover the deeper power within herself before it’s too late.
Separated by distance but bound by destiny, Dorothy and Ozma’s stories unfold on a collision course as ancient evils rise and kingdoms tremble, testing whether hope, courage, and friendship can still shape Oz’s future.

OZ Online Event #1
Who’s on the show 🎙️
Ryan Jay — Host: Ryan is an OZ historian and the voice behind the OzTalk YouTube channel, bringing a deep knowledge of OZ and the OZ fan community.
Larry King — Co-Writer: Larry is one of the key architects of the ULTIMATE OZ UNIVERSE, helping shape the modern continuation while staying grounded in Baum’s canon. He’s the bridge between “big story momentum” and “deep OZ tradition,” and he’s the person who can explain why certain characters, themes, and mythic rules of OZ matter.
Julie McNulty — Historian: Julie is a core lore builder on the project and one of the main voices ensuring these events stay canon-faithful. She’s ideal for the “wait… what does Baum actually say about this?” moments that OZ fans will love.
We are working on getting one more special guest on the show — to be revealed soon!
Where it’s happening 📺
We’ll be hosting via a private YouTube Live channel so no account or sign-up will be necessary to access the stream. The private event link will be shared in a few days (via Kickstarter private message & the email connected to your Kickstarter account).
We can’t post the link publicly because this is only for ticket-holders.
ABOUT ONLINE EVENT #1 — Tuesday, February 3, 6pm ET ✅
The theme for this first event will be: “Return to THE LOST LANDS with Tip, Ozma, and the Witches of OZ.”
This event is character-forward and lore-rich. We'll start with a light refresher of ULTIMATE OZ UNIVERSE, VOL. 1: THE LOST LANDS, then we will go deeper on Tip's journey, Ozma's awakening, and the witchcraft side of OZ through Mombi.
